Argentina has a long history of soccer, which includes winning two World Cups and the Cup of America multiple times. Argentina is also home to several world famous players and boasts an impressive number of players on European teams.

If you would like to improve your game, Argentina is without a doubt the best place to work on your skills. With Mente Argentina you will work with some of the most respected and talented soccer professionals in Argentina to improve your individual abilities and develop skills for being a team player.

We welcome both men and women, amateurs and professionals. Our clinics are flexible and are designed to better your skills as an individual or as a part of a team through intense technical drills and practice.

Should you decide to come with your school or club team, you will train together as a team, as well as individually. Then, your team will put those new skills into action and play against local Argentinean teams. On the other hand, if you decide to come alone we will place you in a team with similar skills and abilities allowing you to work on your own performance while gaining the experience of playing on a team.

The Mente Argentina soccer clinic combines various teaching techniques, guaranteeing a completely unforgettable experience.

Mente Argentina Soccer Clinic in Buenos Aires includes

• Group Training: during Group Training participants will ball and technical exercises in addition to conditioning. The class will finish with a mini-game enabling players to work on their new skills.
  
  
• Individual Training: For the participants Individual Training coaches will evaluate your performance and design classes to focus on the areas that need the most attention.
  
  
• Soccer Games: your trainer will organize games with local teams here in Buenos Aires giving you the opportunity to play in a competitive setting.
  
  
• As part of the program you will also have the chance to attend, as a visitor of Mente Argentina, premier league official games at privileged seats. These tours include transfers by bus and privileged seats at the stadium. A guide of Mente Argentina will be always with you to assist you at anytime. Once the game is over we will drop you off at your hotel or apartment. This experience will allow you to enjoy the Argentine football fully

In addition to professional training, Mente Argentina’s soccer clinic also includes trips to the Boca Junior and River Plate stadiums and museums, two of the most important teams in Latin America. Here you will have access to the stands, the field, the press room and the locker rooms!

River Plate Stadium
A guide specializing in Argentine football will provide a tour of the stadium where the 1978 World Cup took place. Currently, it is home to the Argentine National Team and River Plate. River Plate has won 32 local championships and gained international recognition after winning the Libertadores Cup of America twice, the Intercontinental Cup once and the Interamerican Cup once. River Plate (known most commonly as “River”) is currently the top team in the Argentine Football League.

Boca Juniors Stadium:
You will also have the opportunity to visit and tour the legendary Boca stadium known as “La Bombonera.” The Boca Juniors’ home stadium is often synonymous with the Argentine football superstar Diego Maradona who was once a Boca player. The Boca Juniors have won 22 local league championships and internationally speaking, they have won the Libertadores Cup of America 5 times, the Intercontinental Cup 3 times, and the South American Cup twice. At this point in time, Boca Juniors have won more international cups than any other team in Argentina. The tour of the stadium also includes a visit to the Boca Juniors Museum.

The Regular Soccer Clinic lasts 4 or 8 weeks and soccer lessons are given 3 times a week.

MENTE ARGENTINA SOCCER CLINIC IN BUENOS AIRES: PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The Soccer Training will cover a wide range of techniques and strategies, and has been designed to help you improve both your physical form and technical skills. The program will cover the following skills focusing on the areas that you personally wish to improve:


Individual Techniques:
-Leading and kicking
- Passing and catching from different positions
- Leading and kicking at the goal
- Headers
- Tackles, removals, feints (different fixed moves will be practiced)
- Specific exercises according to the position you play
- Throw ins, corner kicks, free kicks, penalty kicks

Collective Techniques:
- Technical moves in reduced spaces (8x4m - 5x2m - 4x2m)
- Air moves both in defense and attack
- Attack to last line defenders
- Balance between defense and attack lines
