For most first-time international students, a pre-arranged transfer, official taxi, remise or reputable shuttle is the simplest EZE option<\/strong>. Ezeiza is far enough from the center that the cheapest route is not always the best route after a long overnight flight with luggage.<\/p>\n\n

Schedules and terminal stops can change, so verify the current service directly before your trip rather than relying on an old timetable copied into a travel article.<\/p>\n\n

4. Public Transportation From EZE<\/h3>\n\n

Public buses can connect Ezeiza with Buenos Aires, but they are normally the least convenient option for a new international student arriving with luggage. Trips are longer, routes may involve transfers and you need to understand the local payment system.<\/p>\n\n

Do You Need a SUBE Card From the Airport?<\/h2>\n\n

SUBE<\/strong> is Argentina’s transit payment system for buses, trains and Subte services in Buenos Aires and many other cities.<\/p>\n\n

A physical SUBE card is still extremely useful, especially for students who will live in Buenos Aires for more than a few days. Electronic payment options on public transport have expanded, but availability can vary by line and validator, so carrying a SUBE remains the simplest universal habit for everyday transportation.<\/p>\n\n

SUBE can be obtained through official points and loaded through the SUBE app, electronic wallets, home banking and physical locations. Electronic loads may need to be accredited through the app, an automatic terminal or supported bus validators.<\/p>\n\n
