Hi, my name’s Callum and I’m from Australia. I did the Intensive Culinary course, which was about five months long, so you go in and start from the very bottom and get trained to do everything from baking, desserts, fresh pastas, fresh sauces, and then towards the end you start putting together some pretty good meals. So I would highly recommend the course to anyone who – even if they don’t want to work in food, I would highly recommend it – because a) it’s taught in Spanish and it’s fantastic for your Spanish, and b) learning cuisine is a really good way to get an insight into a country, and you’ll be learning with other Argentineans, all the teachers are Argentine. So I would highly recommend the course!Culinary Arts Degree Program @ Mente Argentina - Callum
