My name is Emanuelle, I’m 28 years old, and I’m from Italy. I spent a month in Buenos Aires with Mente doing two activities; an intensive Spanish course and a DJ course. I had a great time doing the Spanish course, I had never studied Spanish before, and being Italian it wasn’t too difficult to get the basics going. The school was really good with a great atmosphere so I enjoyed taking Spanish classes there. The DJ was a bit more of a peculiar choice. I had no expectations really because I had no idea what a DJ course would be like but it ended up being a lot of fun. I had been thinking about doing a DJ course for many years and now I figured I had the time and it turned out to be fun and also useful because in just a few weeks I feel that I got the basics that I need to practice once I go back to Italy. Mente made it very easy to get settled in Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires is a beautiful city, it really is a city that never sleeps and there is always something to do. I would absolutely recommend coming to Buenos Aires. It is a great place to study Spanish because the people are so friendly and it is easy to find someone to practice language with.
