Online DELE Preparation Overview
The DELE Spanish Diplomas are internationally recognized and are divided into six proficiency levels, each assessing various aspects of language competency:
-
Spanish Diploma Level A1: Certifies that the student can communicate using basic Spanish in situations related to immediate needs or everyday circumstances. This level demonstrates the ability to handle simple interactions and exchanges.
-
Spanish Diploma Level B1: Certifies the ability to understand the main points of clear texts on familiar subjects related to work, studies, or leisure. Students at this level can manage most situations encountered while traveling in Spanish-speaking areas, produce simple and coherent texts on familiar topics, and describe experiences, events, wishes, and hopes. They can also express opinions and explain plans briefly.
-
Spanish Diploma Level B2: Certifies the capability to interact with native speakers with sufficient fluency and spontaneity, facilitating natural communication. Students can produce clear, detailed texts on various topics, defend their opinions with well-structured arguments, and understand complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical subjects within their field of expertise.
-
Spanish Diploma Level C1: Certifies the proficiency to understand a wide range of demanding and lengthy texts, grasp implicit meanings, and express themselves fluently and spontaneously without noticeable effort. This level includes the ability to use the language flexibly and effectively for social, academic, and professional purposes, and to produce well-structured, detailed texts on complex topics.
-
Spanish Diploma Level C2: Certifies the highest level of language competence, allowing for effective communication in any situation with precision and subtlety. Students at this level demonstrate an exceptional ability to adapt to different contexts and express themselves fluently and naturally in all interactions.

You can prepare for DELE A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2. We help you choose the level that makes sense for your current Spanish and the certification requirement you are trying to meet.
Preparation covers the exam skills relevant to your level, including reading, writing, listening and speaking, together with exam-specific exercises, timing and mock-style practice.
No. Mente Argentina provides DELE preparation but is not an official DELE examination center. The official diploma is administered through authorized Instituto Cervantes examination centers.
We can help you understand the registration process and recommend that you book the official exam with an authorized testing center.
The current DELE preparation package includes 10 hours of private online lessons. Because the course is one-to-one, the hours can be concentrated close to an exam date or spread out according to your preparation plan.
DELE diplomas have indefinite validity. Once you pass the official exam and receive the diploma, it does not expire.
DELE certifies a specific CEFR level from A1 to C2 and the diploma has indefinite validity. SIELE reports your proficiency on a points scale, covers levels up to C1 and the certificate has a limited validity period. The best option depends on what your university, employer or other institution accepts.
No. No preparation course can guarantee an official exam result. The goal is to make you familiar with the format, strengthen weaker areas and help you arrive at the exam as prepared as possible.
Booking and Payments
Create your Mente Argentina account, complete the online application and pay the USD 70 Registration Fee to confirm your place. Our team will then contact you with the scheduling or onboarding steps for your specific program.
For every online product, the Registration Fee counts toward the total program price rather than being added on top. For example, if an online program costs USD 350, a USD 70 Registration Fee leaves USD 280 remaining.
