Mente Argentina
Gosse's Cooking Experience in Buenos Aires
Gosse's experience with Mente Argentina
Gosse, from Holland, came to Buenos Aires for the cooking program and calls it great. He really enjoyed the lessons and the teachers, and describes the school as very professional, with nice people. His favorite teacher was Mercedes, whom he says he really loved: she cooked at her own house, made what he calls the greatest Argentine food, and even took him to a Boca game, which he found unbelievable, fun and full of friendly people. Summing up the city in one word, he says Buenos Aires is great, and he strongly encourages others to go. He thanks everyone for all of it and for a great time.
