Katie, from Washington, DC, and her friend Avital, from New York, did Mente Argentina's intensive Spanish program in Buenos Aires together. Katie completed level three, while Avital started at level one and learned a lot of Spanish in just two weeks. They enjoyed meeting lots of great people in the program and walking around Buenos Aires to see the sights; in two weeks, they say, they have seen almost everything. Along the way they ate a lot of alfajores and drank a lot of wine. They describe the whole stay as a lot of fun and a really great few weeks.

Hi, I'm Katie. I'm from Washington, DC, and I'm here in Buenos Aires doing Mente Argentina's intensive Spanish program. I completed level three. We've had a really nice time meeting lots of great people in the program and walking around Buenos Aires and seeing a lot of the great sights. We've had a really good time. And I'm Avital. I'm from New York, doing the same program as Katie. It's been a lot of fun. I was level one and learned a lot of Spanish in two weeks, so that was great. Two weeks has been a lot of fun. We have seen, I think, almost everything. We've eaten a lot of alfajores and drunk a lot of wine. It's been a really great few weeks.
