Mente Argentina
Cherilyn's Internship Experience in Buenos Aires
Cherilyn's experience with Mente Argentina
Cherilyn (Charlotte), from the UK, came to Buenos Aires to work with an NGO and take a yoga course, sharing a home with three people from around the world, which she found really cool. Everyone she met was nice and open, her yoga teacher was great, and she learned many new things. A visit to a villa, one of the city's poorer neighborhoods, was something she particularly valued and found really interesting. Her favorite parts of Buenos Aires are its gardens, especially the Japanese Garden, and its beautiful scenery and nature, along with plenty of cool bars and friendly people. She also learned a lot of Spanish.

Hi, my name is Charlotte. I'm from the UK. I live with three other people from all over the world. It is really cool. I came here to do work for an NGO and also do a yoga course, which is really cool. Everyone was really nice and open, and my yoga teacher was really cool. I learned a lot of new things. I got to meet a lot of different people. I went to a villa, which I particularly enjoyed. It is quite a poor area, but it is really interesting to go there. My favorite part of Buenos Aires is the different gardens, the Japanese gardens, and there is a lot of beautiful scenery and nature. There are also a lot of cool bars, and everyone is really friendly and nice. I learned a lot of Spanish.
